The socially distanced, outdoor performances that we were blessed to have throughout this year were definitely fewer, but were ABSOLUTELY appreciated! Thank you to The Country Rednecks, The Barnowls, The Three G’s, The Hometown Girls, The Chix from the Stix and a solo performance for our Halloween Party from Gary Nowe! Music makes such a difference! Thank you!

We had our annual Halloween Party with a one difference! Our musician was outside! We still enjoyed dressing up as you can see! We still had a fantastic cake! This year it was made by Baked by Katie in Bridgewater Find her here: bakedbykatie@hotmail.com. Delicious! We had our Pumpkin Decorating contest and the winners are shown below!

Residents participate in an Outdoor Scavenger Hunt and have a blast! Sitting outside in our courtyard afterwards and enjoying a Popsicle made the afternoon complete!

Before the 5 people, six feet apart restrictions were in place, we enjoyed this group Tape Art activity!

Shortly after we were closed to visitors, but lucky for us, Sally contacted us before the State of Emergency was declared by the government of Nova Scotia. Our residents enjoyed meeting Sally and her dog, Sparedog through the windows. Residents were very pleased to have meet there new 4 footed friend and look forward to his return when the restrictions are lifted.

We had a FANTASTIC Halloween Bash! Half the fun was getting our costumes picked out and trying them on, and then deciding on something else entirely to wear to the party! We had great entertainment from The Country Rednecks! Great food and spooky cake from Katie Hebb! I think everyone would agree that a great time was had by all!
